Welcome to the first blog post of Niagara Falls Hypnosis Center! I'm Cris Johnson, Certified Hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists. I'm also a Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP for short). All of that mumbo-jumbo simply means that I've been trained to help everyday people with everyday problems. My goal is to update this blog weekly to provide readers with articles & "factoids" on how hypnosis can help change lives for the better and also dispel pesky myths of hypnosis (the wacky stuff we see in Hollywood movies and so on).
